The Special Touch Salon was created by the previous owner 17 ½ years ago. It was at a different location for 3 years and moved to the Panhandle Coop Plaza for updated convenience and space to better serve our clients. It has been in business for 19 years total. Anne Lewis has been the proud owner for almost 2 years and welcomes anyone to step in for a tour and indulge in our services, or come in and enjoy our friendly atmosphere.
